Facilities & Activities

Snow play in winterLake Nillahcootie Camp has many on-site activities and facilities available for your group and is committed to using outdoor activities to enhance personal development. While programs with this focus are generally devised for groups of young people, adventure learning can benefit all.

The main bunkroom buildings are carpeted and comfortable including 5 rooms with 12 beds and 4 rooms with beds.  Teachers have the choice of the smaller adjacent rooms in the main building or their own self contained unit where one can accommodate 6 staff and the other 4. These buildings are in close proximity to the main building, close enough to monitor but also gives leaders some privacy.
The main communal building includes the dining room, directly adjacent to the kitchen and a recreation room that has a lovely view of the lake from the deck. There is also a television, dvd and table tennis located in the area.

Full country style home catering is provided alongside kitchen facilities available for self catering.
